This session will focus on supporting patients to understand and manage conditions that require drug therapy. We will hear from 3 nurses regarding their research and experience working with patients to support drug adherence and the foundations required to do this effectively.
The session will focus on the information needs to patients commencing methotrexate, experiences of patient education around DMARDs, and findings from a research trial into nurse-led care in the delivery of urate lowering therapies.
