Led by an experienced GP and rheumatology clinician, the course will help you recognise common presentations, spot urgent red flags and apply a structured approach to support timely diagnosis, effective management and confident clinical decision-making.

GP Principal, Staff Grade Rheumatologist Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital, Arthritis UK MSK Champion
Danny works as a GP partner in Honiton, and Staff Grade Rheumatologist in Exeter. He is a medical advisor for the National Ankylosing Spondylitis Society and the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society and has worked for the RCGP as a Clinical Champion for Inflammatory Arthritis. In 2018 Danny wrote the RCGP Inflammatory Arthritis Toolkit, he has an interest in clinical research and improving GP confidence in the diagnosis and management of inflammatory disease. Danny is also an Arthritis UK MSK Champion programme graduate.
